Summer Ambrosia Salad

Method
  1. Combine all the fresh fruits with sugar, lemon juice and add almonds flavouring and mix well.
  2. Chill for about 2-3 hours.
  3. Spoon into dessert bowls.
  4. Top with coconut.
Ingredients:
6 - large peaches, peeled and sliced
3 - oranges, peeled and sliced into half-cart wheels
1 - large banana, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp - sugar
2 tbsp - lemon juice
1/2 tsp - almond flavouring
1/2 cup - coconut, grated
