Method
  1. Take a bread slice and chop all the four edges with a sharp knife.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
  3. Wet one bread slice with water and press to remove excess water.
  4. Put a spoonful of filling into the centre of bread slice, fold the bread in the shape of a roll.
  5. Deep fry these rolls until they get golden and crisp.
  6. Serve warm with a spicy chutney or tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
1 loaf - large slice sandwich bread
500gm - boiled, mashed potatoes
100gm - fresh green peas
50gm - chopped onions
1 - green chilli
100 gm - fresh cheese
10g tomato paste
10g - salt
1 tsp - cumin seeds
1 tsp - red paprika
2 tsp - black pepper
Fresh coriander leaves
Vegetable oil for deep frying
