Method
- Wash chire and drain immediately, gently squeezing out excess water.

Heat oil to smoking point.
- Add chire and fry for 2 mins.
- Add all other ingredients and fry for 5 minutes or till
chire is cooked.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve immediately.
Note: A whole broken egg added to the chire while cooking gives extra nourishment. Texture of the pulao should be
flaky and not mushy.
