Method

Cut the raw mango into very small pieces.
- Grind the coconut, chillies and mustard in to a smooth paste adding the curd.
- Put salt into the cut mango.
- Pour the paste into the cut mango pieces. mix well.
- The salad is ready.
- You can garnish it with curry leaves.
- This is a very good side dish with rice and healthy too.
Some points to be noted are:

To make it more spicy you can add more chillies.
- Do not take too much mustard, it makes the curry bitter.
- Use less sour curd.
- If the curd is very sour you may add milk to reduce the sourness.
- The same can be made using other vegetables like tomato, bitter gourd, cucumber etc.
