Method

  1. Boil Olives in a little water then allow the water to dry.

  2. Now rub in all the spices and place the Olives in a glass jar or bowl in Sun for 2-3 days.

  3. The Misti Achar is ready.It tastes Delicious!

Ingredients:
500 Ripe Olives
250 gms Sugar
2 tsp Salt
4-5 tsp Mustard powder
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
10 tsp Mustard Oil
