Mohon bhog (Semolina Pudding)
Method
- Heat ghee in pan and fry suji till brown.

Add all other ingredients and stir fry till all the milk is absorbed.

Remove from heat as soon as ghee comes to the surface as a slight glaze.

Preferably serve hot but can also be served cold.
Ingredients:
1 cup suji
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk or milk and water
1/2 cup ghee or butter
2 tbsps. raisins
2 bay leaves
2 cardamoms
2 tablespoon any type unsalted nuts (optional)
