Soak channa, and boil it.
In a vessel, add oil and put 1 tsp of jeera & tez patta. Then add half the onion, heat till onion becomes transparent. Now add channa.
Heat jeera and anar dana (separately) till brown. Now crush them and put it on channa along with salt, mirchi powder, garam masala and green mirch.
Now add the tomato and the left over onion.
Heat till the colour is dark and they start looking yummy. Simple...isn't it.
