Boil bitter gourd for five minutes, slit them lengthwise.
Mash the potatoes and mix all the ingredients with spoon.
Stuff the bitter gourds and fry them in a pan on low flame. They are ready to be served with hot chapati.

Boiled Potatoes (medium) 4
Coriander leaves
Anar dana 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
