Method

  1. Boil bitter gourd for five minutes, slit them lengthwise.

  2. Mash the potatoes and mix all the ingredients with spoon.

  3. Stuff the bitter gourds and fry them in a pan on low flame. They are ready to be served with hot chapati.

Ingredients:
Bittergourd 8
Vegetable Oil 4 tbsps

For stuffing

Boiled Potatoes (medium) 4
Coriander leaves
Anar dana 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
