Method-
- Add oil to pan and wait until oil gets heat; add mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin and curry leaves.
- Add finely chopped brinjal pieces and let it cook until the brinjals soften.
- Add salt, chilli powder and tumeric powder to the mixture and stir well.
- Wait until the mixture cooks well and add milk to the mixture and let it cook until the oil comes out of the mixture.
- Serve with hot rice and ghee.
