Method
  1. Add oil to pan and wait until oil gets heat; add mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin and curry leaves.
  2. Add finely chopped brinjal pieces and let it cook until the brinjals soften.
  3. Add salt, chilli powder and tumeric powder to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Wait until the mixture cooks well and add milk to the mixture and let it cook until the oil comes out of the mixture.
  5. Serve with hot rice and ghee.

Ingredients:
10 - brinjals
3 - onions
5 tbsp - oil
1/2 tbsp - cumin
1/2 tbsp - mustard seeds
1/2 tbsp - urad dal (white)
Curry leaves
1 tbsp - turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp - chilli powder
1 and 1/2 cup - milk
