Aloo Spinach pancakes

Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients adding some water.
  2. Heat a pan and drizzle some oil, then take a laddle full of this batter and spread it on the pan.
  3. Cover it with a lid and cook.
  4. When it turns red, turn over the pancake and cook on the other side without the lid.
  5. Serve with mango pickle.
Ingredients:
2 peeled and grated potatoes
1 bunch of washed and finely chopped spinach
2-3 green chillies cut into pieces
1 cup besan
1/2 cup maida
4-5 tsp corn flour
1/4 cup rice flour (coarse)
4-5 tsp rice seviyya or vermicilli
3-4 tsp curd, pinch of baking powder
Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
