Method
Grind in a mixer garlic, cumin, black pepper, tomato and turmeric powder; keep aside.
Pour water in a pan and add tamarind; boil for a few minutes and then add above ground ingredients.
Add salt, coriander and curry leaves.
Heat oil in a kadai; season by adding mustard and red chillies.
Serve hot with steaming rice.
