Method
  1. Mix all ingredients except oil.
  2. Prepare a tight paste with minimum amount of water while kneading.
  3. Add a tablesp of hot oil to give crispiness to the pakoda.
  4. Check salt and drop small portions of dough in to hot oil, fry till light golden in colour.
  5. Remove pakoda on a paper napkin to absorb oil if any.
  6. Serve hot as tea time snack with tomato sauce. This is a mouth watering healthy snack, tastes great espicially on a rainy day.
Ingredients:
Raagi flour - 250 gms
Besan -200 gms
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Onions - 250 gms, sliced
Green chillies - 6, chopped
Grated ginger - 1tsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Chopped curry leaves - 1 tbesp
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch stick to be powdered coarsely
Garlic cloves - 4, crushed roughly
Cashew bits - 1 tbsp
Oil to deep fry
Salt to taste
Baking soda -1/8 tsp
