Method
  1. Take curd in a bowl, mix a small quantity of salt and sugar
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan, fry garam masala powder in the oil.
  3. Add boiled echor and fry till it turns golden.
  4. Then add jeera powder, chilly paste, salt and sugar to taste, and curd.
  5. Mix well.
  6. When the oil separates, add some water and cook for some time.
  7. Turn off flame when the mixture thickens and serve.
Ingredients:
1 kg - echor (green jackfruit, cut into big size and boiled)
200g - curd
10g - jeera/cumin powder
50g - oil
2 tbsp - green chilli paste
Salt
Sugar (as per taste)
1 tsp - garam masala powder
Tomato, cucumber slices for garnishing
