Method
Peel and slice jackfruit.
Grind onions, ginger and garlic to a paste.
Put 1 cup water in curds and beat till smooth.
Heat 3 tbsps oil and fry onion paste to a golden colour.
Out in jackfruit and all the spices and salt and fry for 5 minutes.
Put in the curds, sugar and salt and cook over medium fire till done.
Serve decorated with coriander leaves.

Ingredients:
500 g - raw jackfruit
2 - small onions
1 inch piece - ginger
3 flakes - garlic
1/2 tsp - each of turmeric powder, ground cumin seeds and sugar
1/2 cup - sour curds
a few sprigs coriander leaves
salt and chilli powder to taste
