Method
Peel the parwals and slit them both sides lengthwise so that the middle portion is intact.
Mix salt and turmeric powder and fry them in oil covered with a lid on low flame.
Then fry the other ingredients.
When done add the malai or cream and cook until it exudes oil.
Add the parwals, sugar and salt as per taste and cover for 5 minutes.
When the parwals are cooked well, add the garam masala powder and serve hot with rice or parantha.

10 parwals
2 - chopped onion
1 inch - chopped ginger
7 cloves - chopped garlic
garam masala powder
4 tbsp - cream or malai
3 tbsp - oil
turmeric powder
salt
1 tsp - sugar
