Method
  1. Pressure cook mangoes for 2-3 whistles.
  2. Cool cooker, remove mangoes, press out pulp and seed.
  3. Either sieve cooked or press out and remove seed.
  4. Discard skin after all pulp has been extracted.
  5. Pour cold water over pulp.
  6. Run pulp, water and all other ingredients, in an electric blender.
  7. When smooth and frothy, serve in tall chilled glasses.

Makes: 4-5 servings
Shelflife: Best fresh

Ingredients:
2 - raw mangoes, medium sized
2 sprigs - mint leaves (optional)
3/4 tsp - roasted cumin, crushed coarsely
3/4 tsp - black salt
500 ml - icecold water
salt to taste
