Method
  1. Grate carrot and stir fry it in ghee for 5 min.
  2. Boil milk until it becomes thick in consistency and reduces to half
  3. Then add grated carrot and boil for a few mins
  4. At the end mixed sugar and serve
Ingredients:
1 cup - grated carrot
500ml - milk
2 tsp - mixed dry fruit powder
sugar according to taste
1tsp - ghee
