Method
- Heat oil in a sauce pan.
- Then add mustard, jeera and green chillies.
- Add the cut onions and fry until they turn brown.
- Add the finely chopped tomatoes and fry for few minutes.
- Then add salt and red chillie powder (if necessary).
- Finally add the besan mixed with water.
- Boil until it thickens.
- Garnish it with corriander leaves.
- Goes well with rotis or pooris.

besan (gram flour) - 5 to 6 tbps
onions - 3/4 ( finely chopped)
tomato - 1
green chillies - 1
jeera - 2 tsp
2 cups - water
