Method
  1. Heat oil in a sauce pan.
  2. Then add mustard, jeera and green chillies.
  3. Add the cut onions and fry until they turn brown.
  4. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and fry for few minutes.
  5. Then add salt and red chillie powder (if necessary).
  6. Finally add the besan mixed with water.
  7. Boil until it thickens.
  8. Garnish it with corriander leaves.
  9. Goes well with rotis or pooris.
Ingredients:
besan (gram flour) - 5 to 6 tbps
onions - 3/4 ( finely chopped)
tomato - 1
green chillies - 1
jeera - 2 tsp
2 cups - water
corriander leaves
