Broken Wheat/Dalia Porridge with Banana and Honey
Method
- Add Dalia to water and boil till dalia is very soft, you can add more water if required.
- Add milk, but this is optional.
- Cut Banana to pieces, not too thing pieces.
- To porridge add sugar and banana and mix well, also mash a few pieces of banana while mixing.
- Take care porridge is not too dry - it should be of flowing consistency.
- Serve porridge in bowl by adding honey on top.
Note:
- You can increase or decrease number of banana as per your requirement.
- Also many people prefer porridge without sugar with just honey.

broken wheat/dalia - 1 cup
water - 3 cup
banana (ripe) - 2
honey - 2 tsp
milk - 1/4 cup (optional)
sugar to taste
