Method
  1. Boil green chillies and grated carrot in just enough water till tender.
  2. Puree it in a mixie and add the coconut milk, salt, pepper, bring to boil once and add lemon juice.
  3. Adjust consistency.
  4. Serve decorated with coriander leaves.

2 cups grated carrot
1&1/2 cups coconut milk
Juice of a lemon
2-3 slit green chillies. de-seeded
Salt to taste
Pinch of pepper powder
