Green Moong Dhal Sprout and Babycorn Kootu

Method
  1. In a pressure pan, add oil and once it hot add mustard seeds and curry leaves, rasam powder, sambar powder, dhal and baby corn.
  2. Add salt, turmeric powder also.
  3. Pressure cook for 5 whistle.
  4. Meanwhile grind coconut, jeera and cornflour and add this mix to cooked dhal and boil it for 3 mins.
  5. This is a good side dish for chapathis.
Ingredients:
whole green moong dhal sprout - 1 cup
grated baby corn - 2 cups
rasam powder - 1 tbsp
sambarpowder - 1 tbsp
jeera - 1 tsp
grated coconut - 3 tsp
cornflour - 1/2 tsp
mustard seeds
curry leaves
salt to taste
