Method
  1. Take a frying pan.
  2. Fry the onions in coconut oil till it is golden brown.
  3. Add fresh ginger paste and curry leaves and long slitted green chillies.
  4. Add the thin separated coconut milk and small pieces of tapicoa to it.
  5. Add sufficient water to cook tapioca.
  6. Open the pan and squash cooked tapioca.
  7. Add thick coconut milk and salt to taste, leave it for a boil.
  8. Serve hot Ishtu along with breakfast.

tapioca - 500 gms
green chilly - 4 nos
onion - 1 no
coconut milk
