Method
- Soak 1 cup Channa dal for 1 hour.
- Cut beans and carrot and cook them and drain the cooked water.
- Drain the Channal dal water.
- Take a food processor and grind the dal roughly along with red chilis with a bit of salt (pls do not grind smooth).
- Take a kadai ,heat kadai add 2-3 tsp of oil.
- Add mustard and saute it then add the dal mixture and fry the dal till it becomes powdery and smooth.
- Then add the cooked vegetable and mix well so that the dal mixture powder mixes well with the vegetables and keep stirring for 5-8 mins .
- (Avoid the dall mixture from sticking to the kadai by constantly stirring it).
- Enjoy with chappathi.
