Kadlebele Usli Palya

Method
  1. Soak 1 cup Channa dal for 1 hour.
  2. Cut beans and carrot and cook them and drain the cooked water.
  3. Drain the Channal dal water.
  4. Take a food processor and grind the dal roughly along with red chilis with a bit of salt (pls do not grind smooth).
  5. Take a kadai ,heat kadai add 2-3 tsp of oil.
  6. Add mustard and saute it then add the dal mixture and fry the dal till it becomes powdery and smooth.
  7. Then add the cooked vegetable and mix well so that the dal mixture powder mixes well with the vegetables and keep stirring for 5-8 mins .
  8. (Avoid the dall mixture from sticking to the kadai by constantly stirring it).
  9. Enjoy with chappathi.

beans
carrot
1 cup - channa dal
5 to 6 - red chilly
oil for frying
salt to taste
