Method
  1. Mix the ingredients given for pakoda with little water and make pakodas.
  2. In a bowl mix besan with curds beat it well till it is well blended.
  3. In a kadai put little oil season ajwain and add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and put the curd mixture.
  4. Allow it to boil for sometime.
  5. Once it is boiled, switch off the stove and mix the pakodas.
  6. Serve hot with rice or roti.
Ingredients:
dahi (curds) - 1 cup
besan - 1 tbsp
turmeric powder - 1 tsp
ajwain (omam) for seasoning
salt to taste

For Pakoda:
besan - 1 cup
onion - 1, cut into small pieces
green chillies - 2 to 3
ginger - 1" piece
coriander leaves - little
oil for frying
salt to taste
