Method
Boil the potato.
Cut all the other vegetables.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Half boil all the other cut vegetables with salt and turmeric powder.
Make a puree of the tomatoes.
Grind the onion, ginger and chilles.
In a little oil, saute the ground masala.
Add the puree and add the salt, sugar and chilly powder.
Bring to a boil and now add the cooked vegetables.
Remove from fire and sprinkle with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with roti, bread and puri.
