Mixed Vegetable Sagu

Method
  1. Boil the potato.
  2. Cut all the other vegetables.
  3. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  4. Half boil all the other cut vegetables with salt and turmeric powder.
  5. Make a puree of the tomatoes.
  6. Grind the onion, ginger and chilles.
  7. In a little oil, saute the ground masala.
  8. Add the puree and add the salt, sugar and chilly powder.
  9. Bring to a boil and now add the cooked vegetables.
  10. Remove from fire and sprinkle with coriander leaves.
  11. Serve hot with roti, bread and puri.
Ingredients:
capsicum - 2
peas - 1/2 cup
cauliflower - 1 cup (florests)
potato - 1 big
tomato - 4
chilies - 2
onion - 1
chillie powder - 1/2 tsp
1 pinch - sugar
ginger
turmeric powder
salt to taste
