Method
  1. Heat oil in small vessel.
  2. Add mustard, asofoetida and crushed red chilli, take out from flame once mustard starts cracking.
  3. Cool it for 1 min.
  4. Add curd, water and all the masala powder.
  5. Mix well.
  6. The dish is ready.
  7. Can add cut pieces of cucumber for added taste if needed.
  8. Ideal with spicy chapathi, spicy hot rice or even with plain rice or bread.
Ingredients:
1 cup - sour curds
1/4 cup - water
1/2 tsp - salt
1/2 tsp - haldi
1/2 tsp - jeera powder
1/2 tsp - garam masala
1 pinch - pepper powder
1 pinch - amchuur powder
mustard seeds

For Tempering:
3 tsp - oil
1 - red chilly
1 pinch - asofoetida
