Method
  1. Break the rotis into small pieces by hand.
  2. Put 3 tbs of oil in a pan.
  3. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and hing when the oil is hot.
  4. Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic and saute it until onions becomes light brown.
  5. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook for a while.
  6. Mix all the spices- turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt and garam masala.
  7. Then add the roti pieces and mix well.
  8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  9. Ready to serve.
Ingredients:
7 to 8 - leftover chapathis
1 - chopped onion
2 - chopped tomatoes
2 to 3 - crushed garlic flakes
little bit of finely chopped ginger
coriander for garnishing

Spices:
cumin seeds (jeera)
mustard seeds
hing
turmeric powder
coriander powder
red chilli powder
garam masala
oil for frying
salt to taste
