Spicy Curry Laksa

Method
  1. Boil the noodles thoroughly for 5 to 6 mins.
  2. Add oil to the noodles so that the noodles get seperated with out sticking.
  3. Take a pan and heat oil.
  4. Add onions, slitted chillies and curry leaves to it.
  5. Stir fry the onions till it becomes transparent and light brown.
  6. Now add the above vegetables to it in a low flame.
  7. Fry it 4-5 mins n remove it from the stove.
  8. Pour coconut milk in a vessel and boil the milk.
  9. To it add the taste maker or garam masala.
  10. Finally top the noodles with vegetables, spring onions and corriander leaves.
  11. Pour the coconut milk over it.
  12. Your tasty yummy laksa is ready.
  13. Serve with pipping hot.
Ingredients:
maggi noodles or top ramen smoodles
coconut milk - 1 cup
onions - 2 or 3
tomatoes - 1 or 2
green chillies - 2
corn oil or vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
garam masala or taste maker
beans
mushroom
lentils
baby corn
curryleaves - 2 or 3 strands
corriandor leaves
