Spinach Sabzi

Method
  1. Heat oil in a non-stick utensil.
  2. Add mustard seeds and dried red chilles.
  3. When the mustard seeds begin to crackle, add chopped onions.
  4. Keep stirring with a wooden spatula until onions turn transparent.
  5. Add the sabzi masala, salt and spinach.. and lower the flame.
  6. Mix well and close the utensil with a lid.
  7. Stir every 5 mins for 20 minutes.
  8. Spinach sabzi is ready to be served. Enjoy!!
Ingredients:
1 bunch - spinach (clean and cut)
1 - onion (chopped finely)
1 tbsp - mustard seeds
2 tbsp - olive oil
1 tbsp - Everest sabzi masala
3 to 4 - dried red chillies (cut)
1 tbsp - salt
