Method
Heat oil in a non-stick utensil.
Add mustard seeds and dried red chilles.
When the mustard seeds begin to crackle, add chopped onions.
Keep stirring with a wooden spatula until onions turn transparent.
Add the sabzi masala, salt and spinach.. and lower the flame.
Mix well and close the utensil with a lid.
Stir every 5 mins for 20 minutes.
Spinach sabzi is ready to be served. Enjoy!!
