Method
To start, take a non stick saucepan or kadhai and pour oil in it.
Let the oil heat for 1-2 minutes.
Once the oil is heated, drop the chopped onions into the oil and fry them for 1-3 minutes or till they are golden brown.
Now that the onions are ready, pour the sliced tomatoes on top of the onions.
Fry the tomatoes till you have a tomato onion paste in the pan.
Pour water on this mixture according to the maggi packet.
(Usually it is about 225 ml. or small 1.5 tea cups).
Once the water boils, add spices - pinch of amchoor, salt according to taste, and 1/2 a tsp of lal mirch and maggi in water.
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes or till the maggi is done.
Lastly add the maggi masala and dry out the remaining water.
You have tasty, tango maggi in 10 mins.
