Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients

  2. Make soft pliable dough by adding required water

  3. Keep the dough covered for 12-1 hour

  4. Make pingpong ball sized lumps of dough

  5. Dust with dry flour, proceed to roll to 6" diameter all the lumps

  6. Heat a heavy griddle

  7. Place the bread on it

  8. Allow one side to cook have brown golden patches

  9. Turn repeat for other side. Drizzle some oil and flip

  10. Drizzle oil on other side. Sizzle till done

  11. Serve hot

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup grated coconut
Salt as per taste
2 green chillies chopped finely
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp ghee
