Mix all the ingredients
Make soft pliable dough by adding required water
Keep the dough covered for 12-1 hour
Make pingpong ball sized lumps of dough
Dust with dry flour, proceed to roll to 6" diameter all the lumps
Heat a heavy griddle
Place the bread on it
Allow one side to cook have brown golden patches
Turn repeat for other side. Drizzle some oil and flip
Drizzle oil on other side. Sizzle till done
Serve hot
