1 1/2 cups basmati rice
1 1/2 cups potatoes, diced
1 cup green peas
1 cup carrots, diced
2 cloves
1 stick cinnamon
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
3 tbsp ghee
Salt to taste
