Spinach Salad

Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients along with salt, red chilli powder and lemon juice.
  2. Refrigerate for 10 minutes and serve.

Note:
Spinach is full of fibre essential to prevent constipation and regulate bowel movement

Ingredients:
2 cups - spinach, chopped
2 - carrots, chopped
1 - red onion, chopped
2 - medium sized tomatoes, chopped
1 - cucumber chopped
2 cups - coriander, chopped
1 - red, green, yellow, and orange capsicum each, chopped
Salt as per taste
A pinch of red chilli powder
Sugar as per taste
Fresh lemon juice
