Moong sprout chila

Method
  1. Soak the moong green husked dal for 3/4 hrs.
  2. Wash and sprout the dal.
  3. Grind the dal along with the ginger chilly paste, green chilly to get a coarse paste.
  4. Mix in the besan chopped dhania, curd and salt to get a smooth batter. Allow it to rest for some time.
  5. Heat tawa drizzle oil and ladle out 1 spoon batter to form a dosa.
  6. Cook on one side and turn dizzle little more oil and stuff with grated cheese sprinkle chilly flakes and serve.
  7. It can be served with green chutney or mayonnaise..

1 cup sprouted moong
1/2 cup besan roasted
2 tbsp dhania chopped
1 green chilly
1 tbsp ginger chilly paste
2 tbsp curd
1/2 cup grated cheese
