Easy Matka Pista Malai Kulfi

Method
  1. Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan on low flame; simmer till it becomes 1/2 litre.
  2. Keep mixing; now add sugar and mix for 5 min.
  3. Add milk powder and mix well for 5 min.
  4. Take off pan from the stove; add pista concentrate and chopped pista; give it a mix.
  5. Allow to cool.
  6. Pour out kulfi mixture in to small matkas (mud pots); cover with silver foil and refrigerate for 2 hours at least.
  7. Tasty kulfi is ready; serve with matkas directly.

1 litre - full cream milk
200gms - milk powder (any brand)
1/2 cup - sugar
200gms - pista, roughly chopped
2 tbsp - pista concentrate (usually added for making milkshake )
