Method
- Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan on low flame; simmer till it becomes 1/2 litre.
- Keep mixing; now add sugar and mix for 5 min.
- Add milk powder and mix well for 5 min.
- Take off pan from the stove; add pista concentrate and chopped pista; give it a mix.
- Allow to cool.
- Pour out kulfi mixture in to small matkas (mud pots); cover with silver foil and refrigerate for 2 hours at least.
- Tasty kulfi is ready; serve with matkas directly.
