Method
- Wash and soak khoobani over night, boil the soaked koobani till it becomes soft and water evaporates.
- Add the sugar and cook on low flame till sugar completely melts.
- Remove from the gas and add 1 tsp lemon juice to it and keep aside.
- Cut the cake into slices and arrange it in the serving dish (preferably rectangular glass dish) then pour in the cooked khoobani evenly on top of it.
- Leave it to cool down then transfer it to the refrigerator.
- Whipped cream: Make the wip cream as per the instructions on the sacchet and keep it in the refrigerator till it thickens.
- Now spread the whipped cream evenly on the khoobani sweet and serve chilled.
