Method
  1. Boil the lapse (dalia) up to 4 whistles in the cooker and once boiled keep it aside.
  2. In the cooker, put 2 tbsp oil and add 1 onion (chopped).
  3. Once brown in colour add ginger garlic paste and allow it to fry so that smell disappears.
  4. Now add all the ingredients mentioned except 1 onion and lemon.
  5. Add 4 cups of water and close the cooker.
  6. Allow it to cook till 4 whistles.
  7. Take an onion (chopped lengthwise) and fry.
  8. Once brown in colour keep aside on a plate.
  9. Once the steam is released from the cooker, add the lapse (dalia) to the cooker and mix well.
  10. Serve hot and garnish it with fried onions and lemon.
Ingredients:
1 cup semolina (dalia)
1/2 cup red dal
1/2 cup bengal gram
2 carrots (grated)
100 gram grated pumkin
100 gram Bottle gourd (grated)
2 Big onions
1 tbsp Ginger gralic paste
1 dhania powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
A pinch turmeric
Garam masala
Salt
Lemon
