Method
  1. Put putnalu,jeera, garlic into a mixir and powder them.
  2. Boil potatoes, peel the skin and cut into small pieces.
  3. Fry onions till golden brown.
  4. Then add the potatoes, fry them
  5. Add salt and red chilli powder according to taste.
  6. Then put the putnalu powder and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Switch off the stove.
  8. Tastes good with rice and chapathi.

Ingredients:
1/4kg - aloo
3 - onion medium size
4tsp - putnalu
1tsp - jeera
4-5 - flakes of garlic
