Method
- Put putnalu,jeera, garlic into a mixir and powder them.
- Boil potatoes, peel the skin and cut into small pieces.
- Fry onions till golden brown.
- Then add the potatoes, fry them
- Add salt and red chilli powder according to taste.
- Then put the putnalu powder and fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Switch off the stove.
- Tastes good with rice and chapathi.
Ingredients:
1/4kg - aloo
3 - onion medium size
4tsp - putnalu
1tsp - jeera
4-5 - flakes of garlic
