Method
Soak rice and urad dal separately for 5 hours.
First grind urad dal then add rice.
In the end add chillies, ginger and salt.
Keep aside for 8 hours.
Before steaming the idlis, add finely chopped palak and steam.
Healthy lunch box recipe is ready.
