Method
  1. Soak rice and urad dal separately for 5 hours.
  2. First grind urad dal then add rice.
  3. In the end add chillies, ginger and salt.
  4. Keep aside for 8 hours.
  5. Before steaming the idlis, add finely chopped palak and steam.
  6. Healthy lunch box recipe is ready.
Ingredients:
2 cups - boiled rice
1/4 cup - urad dal
2 cups - palak
4 - finely chopped green chilli
ginger, a little
salt to taste
