Method
- Wash, peel, remove seed from mango and make a puree of its flesh in a mixer.
- Transfer into a bowl.
- In the same mixer blend yogurt, sugar and ice cubes for a minute.
- Add mango puree and blend for half a minute on minimum speed.
- Garnish with saffron strands and serve chilled.
Ingredients:
1 - mango
1 cup - yogurt
1 tbsp - sugar
Green cardamom powder, a pinch
2-3 strands - saffron
