Method
- Mix all above ingretiens together to make a tasty salad.
- It is very different from the usual salads.
- If you are calorie concious, avoid the nuts.
- Instead add salt and chopped green chillies and temper with mustard, cumin and urad dal in 1/4 tsp oil.
Ingredients:
1 cup - grated beetroot
1 tbsp - grated carrot
1/4 cup - soaked peanuts or cashews
Jaggery to taste (else alternatively use salt)
