Method
- Heat oil in a kadai, add ginger, garlic, chillies and saute.
- Then add the onion and saute for a min and add all the powders.
- Add the cabbage and capsicum and cook with the lid on for a few minutes.
- Remove lid, add the tomatoes and enough salt and saute.
- Garnish with cilantro.
