Cabbage capsicum masala

Method
  1. Heat oil in a kadai, add ginger, garlic, chillies and saute.
  2. Then add the onion and saute for a min and add all the powders.
  3. Add the cabbage and capsicum and cook with the lid on for a few minutes.
  4. Remove lid, add the tomatoes and enough salt and saute.
  5. Garnish with cilantro.

Ingredients:
2 cups - cabbage
1 - capsicum
3 - green chillies (chopped)
1 tsp - ginger (chopped)
1tsp - garlic (chopped)
1 big - onion (sliced)
1 big - tomato (sliced)
1/2 tsp - red chilly powder
1 tsp - coriander powder
1/2 tsp - garam masala powder
1/2 cup - cilantro (chopped)
1 tbsp - oil
Salt to taste
