Cucumber, yoghurt and coriander sandwich
Method
- In small bowl, stir together cucumber, coriander and salt.
- Spread on a bread slice, top with tomato slice and sprinkle some pepper powder.
- Place the second bread slice on top, cut diagonally and serve.
Ingredients:
4 tsp - grated cucumber
2 tsp - yogurt
1/2 tsp - coriander
Salt to taste
2 slices - whole-wheat bread
Pepper powder
1 slice tomato
