Method
- Heat oil in a wok and fry paneer cubes on a low flame to a light golden colour.
- Drain and keep aside.
- In the same wok splutter cumin, add cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and fry for a few secs.
- Add onion and fry to a golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a min and add all the powders.
- Give the masala a good stir and blend in the tomato puree and green peas.
- Let the mixture bubble and then slowly stir in the yogurt and cook on a low flame for 2 mins.
- Finally add the paneer cubes and cook for another min to allow the masala to coat the paneer.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
