Sesame fruits in custard

Method
  1. Heat milk and bring to boil over a low flame.
  2. Continue to boil till the milk reaches half its quantity.
  3. Mix in the sugar.
  4. Mix the custard power in half a cup of lukewarm milk and mix it to the condensed milk.
  5. Stir continuously so that no lumps are formed and the custard does not stick at the bottom.
  6. Cook till the custard thickens.
  7. Cool to room temperature.
  8. Coat the chopped fruits in the sugar syrup and then coat with sesame seeds.

To serve:
Place a portion of the prepared custard sauce in individual bowls. Top with a portion of the sesame coated fruits and decorate with mint leaves.

Ingredients:

For the fruits:
2 - apples, cored and deseeded but not peeled
1 - kiwi - peeled and cut into cubes
10-12 - strawberries
18-10 - orange segments
We can also use other seasonal fruit
1 cup - thick sugar syrup
2 tbsp - roasted sesame/til seeds
Mint leaves for decoration

For the custard:
1 litre - milk
3 tbsp - custard power
Sugar to taste
