Method- In a bowl mix all the flours, banana, jaggery, salt, jeera, saunf, cardamom powder and knead into a dough.
- Heat oil in a kadhai. Once hot reduce flame.
- Roll the dough into puris and deep fry.
- Take off the puris on some absorbent paper.
- Ready to serve.
Note: These puris are not very sweet. But for those who like to have very sweet puris, increase the quantity of jaggery to 1 cup.
