Veg topped bread

Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Cut the bread into desired shape with a cutter.
  3. Put the potatoes mixture on top of the bread.
  4. Make a thin paste of corn flour.
  5. Apply cornflour on potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle seasame seeds on the top.
  7. Deep fry in oil.
Ingredients:
6 slices - wheat bread
3 - potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 - green chilli
1 tsp - coriander powder
1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
1/2 tsp - garam masala
1/4 tsp - amchoor powder
2 tsp - cornflour
3 tsp - seasame seeds
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
