Garlic Chutney Powder

Method
  1. Fry ground nuts and Garlic pieces separately and keep it aside for few minutes to cool down.
  2. Add MTR Chilly powder and little salt to the fried ground nut and garlic and grind it. (Hand grinding would make it more tasty)
  3. Do not grind it to a very nice powder.
  4. Season with very less ghee and mustard.
  5. Can have it with Idly, Dosa, Chapathi or Rotis.
  6. Can mix it with thick curd while serving.
  7. This powder can be stored and used.

Groundnuts half cup
Garlic 3-5pieces
MTR Red chilly powder
salt
ghee
mustard
