Method
- Fry ground nuts and Garlic pieces separately and keep it aside for few minutes to cool down.
- Add MTR Chilly powder and little salt to the fried ground nut and garlic and grind it. (Hand grinding would make it more tasty)
- Do not grind it to a very nice powder.
- Season with very less ghee and mustard.
- Can have it with Idly, Dosa, Chapathi or Rotis.
- Can mix it with thick curd while serving.
- This powder can be stored and used.

Groundnuts half cup
Garlic 3-5pieces
MTR Red chilly powder
salt
ghee
