Aloo methi with yoghurt

Method
  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add saunf.
  2. Once it crackles, add spring onions and fry till soft
  3. Add boiled potato and mix well and then add all the spices and mix well.
  4. Now add the methi leaves and stir and cook for 2- 3 minutes.
  5. Remove to a serving dish and then add yogurt and leave it for 10 15 minutes and then serve with roti or poori.
Ingredients:
500 g - potato (chop into small pieces and boil)
2 bunches - methi (chopped)
1 bunch - spring onions (chopped into small pieces)
2 cups - yogurt
1 tsp - saunf
1/2 tsp - coriander powder
1/2 tsp - cumin powder
turmeric powder, a pinch
1/2 tsp - amchur powder
salt to taste
2 tbsp - oil
