Tomato Chutney

Method
  1. Fry onions, garlic and ginger together.
  2. Add tomatoes, red chilli powder, salt and pepper, sugar and vinegar and mix well.
  3. Boil for 10 minutes and mash well.
  4. Add raisins, almonds and cardamom powder and boil it till it thickens.
  5. Allow it to cool down to room temperature and then store it in sterilised bottles.
Ingredients:
1/2 - onion
2 tbsp - garlic
1 inch - ginger
500g - tomatoes
1 tsp - red chilli powder
1 tsp - salt
1/4 tsp - pepper
1/2 cup - sugar
1/4 cup - vinegar
Raisins, a littlev Almonds, alittle
1/2 tsp - cardamom powder
